    Return Policy

    At Lavelleas, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service team through our Contact Us page with your order details and the reason for your return.

    Order Processing Time

    • Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment is successfully received.

    • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

    • Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

    Order Cancellation

    • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

    • Once an order has entered processing, has been packed, or has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

    • If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We will confirm whether your order is still eligible for cancellation.

    • If your order has already been shipped, you may request a return after receiving the package in accordance with our Return Policy.


    Return Policy

    Lavelleas's Responsibility

    If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact our customer service immediately. Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions and cover the return shipping cost.

    Customer's Responsibility

    Customers are responsible for selecting the correct products, sizes, and colors before placing an order.

    If you wish to return an item because you ordered the wrong product, wrong size, wrong color, changed your mind, or for any other non-quality-related reason, you may request a return or exchange. The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

    For non-quality-related returns, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs, including both the original shipping cost (if applicable) and the return shipping cost.

    Refunds or exchanges will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected by our warehouse.


    Please Note

    • Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving your order.

    • Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all accessories included.

    • Returns sent by Cash on Delivery (COD) will not be accepted.

    • Final sale items, promotional products, coupons, and free gifts are not eligible for return or exchange.

    • Once an order has been packed or shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed.

    • Lavelleas is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.


    Return Instructions

    1. Incorrect or Defective Item

    Please contact our customer service to initiate the return process.

    Once approved, we will provide return instructions and cover the return shipping costs.

    2. Non-Quality-Related Return

    If you receive your order but wish to return it due to incorrect size, color, personal preference, or any other non-quality-related reason, please contact our customer service.

    Items must be in new and unused condition. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

    To begin a return, please provide:

    • Proof of purchase

    • Photos or videos of the defective item (if applicable)

    • Full shipping address

    Please do not return your package without prior authorization.

    Once your return request has been approved, our customer service team will provide you with the appropriate return address and detailed return instructions.

    Unauthorized returns may be refused or may delay the refund process.


    Shipping Information

    • Orders are processed within 3–5 business days.

    • After shipment, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

    • Most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. If the delivery date cannot be verified, the return period will be calculated from the estimated delivery date.

    • Returns requested after 30 days for non-quality-related reasons will not be accepted.


    Return / Exchange Process

    Step 2: Provide your order number and email address.

    Step 3: Once approved, we will send you the return authorization and return address.

    Step 4: Securely package the item with all original accessories and packaging.

    Step 5: Ship the package and keep your tracking number until the return has been completed.


    Refund

    Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days after the inspection. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

    Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund to your account.
