All designs, patterns, color matching schemes, fabric texture layouts, original hand-drawn illustrations, product photography, copywriting, brand logos, labels and packaging designs related to our linen & cotton women’s clothing series are protected by global intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark law, design patent law and related international IP conventions.

Every piece of our cotton-linen apparel adopts independently developed original silhouette tailoring, unique natural linen texture printing and exclusive handmade decorative craft solutions. All above intellectual property rights are legally registered and owned solely by our brand.

Without prior written authorization issued by our official brand management team, any entity or individual shall not engage in unauthorized reproduction, imitation, counterfeiting, copying, editing, reprinting, commercial resale, secondary creation or online re-dissemination of our original cotton-linen women’s clothing designs, product images and brand visual assets.

Any act of infringing our intellectual property rights will constitute a legal violation. We reserve all rights to immediately take legal measures including issuing infringement notices, removing counterfeit goods, claiming economic compensation, reporting to market supervision authorities and filing civil or criminal lawsuits against all infringers. All legal costs, investigation fees and loss compensation arising from infringement shall be fully borne by the infringing party.
